Football Offseason is Over – But what’s better, Spring or Summer ball?

Coaches, the football offseason is coming to a close.  High school spring ball has started or is around the corner, and for other states (like the wonderful Illinois) have to play the waiting game until the summer. 

Ohio just shot down a rule that would allow 2 weeks and 10 hours of spring football practice. So the question becomes, is it better to have spring football or summer football? 

Quite frankly, I do think one thing is bullshit. Basketball has AAU, baseball has fall ball.  Heck, there’s even indoor soccer leagues and national wrestling tournaments.  So why can’t football organize offseason leagues?  I know there are some…
